Paddlefish also called spoonbills are a Kentucky treasure, not able to be fished in many states. In Kentucky, we are fortunate to have a healthy population. Paddlefish grow to a massive size, look cool, and taste delicious. This is not a fish and experience many of your fishing buddies will be able to one up you on!
